The Alameda County Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Anthony Grembowski, Daniel Fisher, Frank Cupelli, Hope Wynn, Jerry Hendricks, John Strand, Kristopher Funkhouser, Ronald Ferraiuolo, Vernon Martin and William Isom against Confluent Medical Technologies and Cordis Corp. on Sept. 4: 'Complaint-Mass Tort Filed'.
