He has more than 28 years of experience enforcing and defending patents around the globe, developing patent portfolio strategies especially for life sciences companies, and conducting due diligence for corporations, investment banks, and venture capital firms.
Mr. Insogna has led Jones Day’s IP Practice since 2012. With approximately 225 professionals in 27 cities and nine countries, it is one of the largest full-service IP practices in the world, and its professionals leverage courtroom skills, strategic business acumen, and technology prowess to win cases, build IP portfolios, and craft innovative solutions for clients.
Prior to leading the IP Practice, Mr. Insogna served as the first Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's San Diego Office from the time it opened in 2004 through 2011.
