The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by James Simmons against City of Brentwood, Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority, First Transit Inc., Ruth Talley, Ryan Kathain, Ryan Rezentes and Teresa Jane Torchia on Sept. 9: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.
Case number MSC19-01339 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on July 5.
