The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. against Alan-David Tikal and Kawaljeet Singh on Sept. 9: 'Check For Request For Entry Of Default'.
Case number MSC19-01097 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on June 17.
