The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Jeriko Patterson against Dena Williams Lachney and Holy Rosary Catholic School on Sept. 13: 'Case Management Conference'.
Case number MSL19-02958 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on April 30.
