Quinn Emanuel Partner Michael Liftik will be speaking on the panel entitled “Creating a Risk of Bribery: What is now recommended for adequate internal controls and books and records” at the American Conference Institute’s 12th West Coast Forum on FCPA Enforcement and Compliance.
