The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Alyson Phung, Chun Lam, Eva Violan, Jeffrey Violan, Jennifer Morita, Marc Kubly, Nelson Violan and Tak Ma against Lennar Homes of California, Inc. on Oct. 9: 'Further Case Management Conference'.
Case number MSC19-00361 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Feb. 27.
