The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Andria Michele Nelson, Enzo Nelson, Logan Nelson and Nancie Lucchesi against Jeffery Rogers on Oct. 17: 'Hearing On Request For Restraining Orders Re: Civil Harassment, Filed By Andria Michele Nelson'.
Case number MSN19-1928 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Sept. 27.
