The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Ervin Lerio against Adelaida Llarena Krepps, Alvin Lam, Gustavo Cruz, Jessica Andrea Cruz, John Lawerence Krepps and Ly Hoi Hin on Oct. 22: 'Hearing On Osc Re: Failure To Serve & Prosecute'.
Case number MSC19-00322 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Feb. 19.
