The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Shawna Bell against Ally Bank, A Corp., Leehan, Inc., Merchants' Bonding Company (Mutual), and Nissan North America, Inc. on Dec. 16: 'Check For Dismissal On Conditional Settlement'.
Case number MSC19-01245 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on June 25.
