The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Marilyn Hickman, Robert Hickman and The Robert and Marilyn Hickmanliving Trust against City of Lafayette, City of Orinda and East Bay Municipalutility District on April 13: 'Check For Request For Entry Of Default'.

Case number MSC20-00264 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Feb. 11.
