The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Ford J.D. and Pamela Thurman Ford against Ashland LLC, Chevron Corp., Exxon Mobil Corp., Harcros Chemicals, Inc., Shell Oil Company, Valero Energy Corp., Valero Marketing and Supply Company and Valero Refining Company California on April 20: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.

Case number MSC20-00322 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Feb. 14.
