The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Ava Boys, Kiaira Washington, Mayke Jallah, Penicha L. Swindell, Tanicha Thomas and Zechariah Nwankwo against Arkady Test and Brightik Development, Inc. on June 2: 'Case Management Conference'.

Case number MSC20-00055 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Jan. 15.
