The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Marilyn Hickman, Robert Hickman and The Robert and Marilyn Hickmanliving Trust against City of Lafayette, City of Orinda and East Bay Municipalutility District on June 30: 'Case Management Conference'.

Case number MSC20-00264 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Feb. 11.
