The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Juan Rivera against Diablo Country Club on Aug. 17: 'Check For Request For Entry Of Default'.
Case number MSC20-00695 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on April 16.
