The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Carlos Monge against Christian Cizek and Manuel Tello Chavez on Sept. 21: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.
Case number MSC20-01397 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on July 16.
