The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Braydon Collins and Suzanne Collins against Contra Costa County Office of Education, Holly Rocha, O'HARA Park Middle School, Oakly Union Elementary School District and Robin McClellan on Sept. 29: 'Case Management Conference'.

Case number MSC20-00739 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on April 23.
