West Coast Land Use and Environment Partner Chelsea Maclean will participate in a webinar discussion on urban reuse, adaptation and transformation. Adaptive reuse allows cities to make more effective use of spaces through restoring historic buildings and refashioning them for current and future uses. During this webinar, panelists will answer questions about common reuse projects, challenges for reuse projects in the East Bay area, best practices for pursuing projects and repurposing underutilized spaces. The webinar is co-hosted by the East Bay Economic Development Alliance and Urban Land Institute San Francisco.
