Courtscalesgavel673

Littler Mendelson recently issued the following announcement.

Now that the dust has settled on the 2020 presidential election, there is much speculation as to how a Biden administration and a Democratically-controlled Congress will shape the face of legislative and regulatory action in Washington, D.C. WPI will offer analysis and keen insight into what the election results may mean for employers: how will the course of labor and employment law be changed; and how can you help your company navigate these changes?

In this discussion we will examine the federal workplace policy agenda that may be pursued in 2021, and identify a variety of topics that may affect employers in the months and years to come.

Specific topics will include:

  • What do the election results mean for workforce policy?
  • Where will the 117th Congress focus its attention in labor and employment policy?
  • What administration workforce priorities and initiatives can employers expect in the coming year?
  • How will the election results impact the labor agencies (DOL, NLRB, EEOC)?
Littler's Workplace Policy Institute® (WPI™) partners with the employer community to engage in legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts on issues that impact your workplace. We provide clients with unique insights into local, state and federal labor policy developments and work to affect workplace policies throughout the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government.
