Fox Rothschild LLP issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.
For the third consecutive year, Fox Rothschild LLP received a perfect score on the annual Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.
The CEI evaluation ratings are based on the assessment of key pillars: nondiscrimination policies and practices; equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families; and supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility.
Fox’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria resulted in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”
The firm’s Diversity Committee spearheads initiatives to promote firm-wide diversity and inclusiveness, including the LGBTQ & Allies Initiative. Co-chaired by Colleen McGarry, William H. Stassen and Prince Altee Thomas, the initiative is dedicated to ensuring that Fox is a welcoming workplace for all and that the Fox family, the legal community, law students and the larger community see the firm as a model of inclusiveness and acceptance.
