Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP issued the following announcement on Feb. 4.
Troutman Pepper represented the equity members of the Las Posas Country Club and Golf Course in its sale to Hankuk Industry partnership (HKI), a subsidiary of Century Golf Partners (Century Golf), one of the most experienced golf and club management companies in the world. The deal guaranteed capital improvements to the club facility and private 18-hole golf course, membership dues credits, and other member benefits. The sale included a long-term commitment to remain an operating golf course and country club.

The 18-hole golf course was designed by Lawrence Hughes, and subsequently renovated in 2008 (front side) and 2010 (back side) by renowned golf course architect Cary Bickler.
The deal team included Troutman Pepper Partner Michael Whitton in the firm’s San Diego office and Associate Nicholas Grainger in the firm’s Atlanta office. Jeff Woolson and Morgan Abbott of CBRE Golf & Resort Group brokered the deal.
