Damages sought after boiling hot tea is spilled on child at San Francisco restaurant

SAN FRANCISCO - Golden Mandalay Burmese and Mandarin Cuisine and its owner Chuan Chuan Dung was pinned in a personal injury complaint in the San Francisco County Superior Court.

According to the complaint filed on April 5, plaintiffs Vladimir Berman, Iryna Kitaygorodska and Angelica Berman, their child, were dining in the restaurant on September 14, 2019. While seated, an employee of the restaurant allegedly spilled boiling tea on the minor child Angelica Berman, causing severe injury and emotional distress. 

The restaurant is sued for premises liability, general negligence, and the plaintiffs seek at least $25,000 in damages.

The plaintiffs are repesented by the Anna Dubrovsky Law Firm Group Inc. of San Francisco.
