International law firm Reed Smith proudly announces that five of its partners are highlighted in the BTI M&A Client Service All-Star 2021 rankings. Four of the five partners were honored for their work in mergers and acquisitions; the fifth for his work in health care regulatory compliance.

BTI Consulting Group selects its All-Stars with a process involving telephone interviews of general counsel and legal decision makers. The rankings are based on positive client assessments of a lawyer’s insight, engagement, knowledge, efficiency, clarity, planning and foresight.
Last month, Reed Smith was named a “leader” and “standout” for the strength of its mergers and acquisitions practice, in BTI Consulting’s M&A Outlook 2022 report. BTI Consulting also included Reed Smith in its survey of the “Most Recommended Law Firms 2021.”
