The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Navigators Insurance Company against Andrew Laing, Carl Edgar Keeney, Elaine Fajardo, James Built Construction Inc., James Hodson and Todd Oliver on Oct. 18: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.

Case number MSL21-00989 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Aug. 12.
