David S. Bloch, shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, will speak at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Understanding the IP License 2021 course Dec. 10.

Bloch’s section, “Regulatory and Government Issues in IP Licensing,” will cover licensing intellectual property (IP) from the government, including required clauses, enforcement, march-in rights, and traps for the unwary, as well as licensing IP to the government, including marking, monitory, minimum rights, open-source issues, and remedies for infringement.
