COVID-19 in the Workplace: Recent Developments and Compliance Challenges - Session 24 on March 4, 2022

Microphone speech

Littler Mendelson PC recently issued the following annoucement.

Date and Time: Friday, March 4, 2022    |    8:30 am-9:30 am PST   |   Webinar

We are officially two years into the pandemic and it's clear that COVID-19 is not going away and will continue to dominate employment and labor law issues for the foreseeable future. The American workplace has become the first frontier as the pandemic creates new legal issues – seemingly every day.

In response to the many questions that business leaders, human resources professionals, and in-house counsel have about facing these new legal challenges, Littler's Sacramento office created the “First Friday” webinar series. Every month since April 2020, on the first Friday of every month, we gather (an average of 1,500 attendees have tuned in month over month since we started the series) to talk about what has happened in COVID employment law in the last 30 days.

Bruce Sarchet and Devjani Mishra will kick things off and go over the most up to date COVID information and as we've done previously, while the presentation is going on, Nick McKinney will be in the background answering questions as they pop up. As we've done the last couple of months, we will also be joined by a guest speaker who will cover a special topic as it pertains to COVID. This month, we will be joined by Shannon Meade, Executive Director of Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute, who will provide COVID updates specific to Washington, D.C.
