As Peak Outsourcing is experiencing company growth, training and quality leaders at the company recently had an opportunity to discuss the company's Training Development Initiative, which they credit as one of the reasons for the company's success.

In his role as Senior Training and Quality Manager, Arvy Keith Matematico guides business leaders and trainees to make sure that they are successful in their respective roles to ensure their businesses succeed.

Peak Outsourcing has experienced continued growth for the last two years, and Matematico shared his insight into that growth from a viewpoint of being a company supervision and training branches.

"The company has grown so much already since the time I joined in. That speaks to the growth we have had for the past two years, especially we're in the pandemic," he said. "So, it's really surprising we're able to grow that much, and if we're gonna take a look at our leaders, most of us are new in the company. Maybe less than a year or less than six month and just because as we grew, we needed more leaders. We've got leaders from different companies and in different programs outside India. We almost doubled in nearly two years."

Matematico cited strong company values as one of the driving reasons for Peak's growth.

"I think it's the family culture inside Peak," Arvy said. "I strongly believe that if people are happy, the more they choose to stay with us. So as people stay with us, the more leverage we have in terms of promoting. So our people are our greatest sales force as they say, right? We're able to keep our people due to the family culture we have. We provide them great relationships among their leaders, among workmates and then it makes them more motivated and satisfied with what they do so they keep going back to work."

When asked what makes Peak unique to companies offering similar services that also meet client outsourcing needs, Matematico credited strong leadership and the company's Training Development Initiative.

"Our clients are happy because of the performance we're putting in and a capability to meet our targets on a regular basis," he said. "That's because number one, great leaders. We're able to meet the performance targets because our leaders coach our people well and is also supported by the leadership training we have ongoing at the moment. We have leadership development, wherein we train our leaders and equip them with leadership skills like coaching to make sure they coach their people really well. Because these people are able to coach their people really well, it shows in their performance and therefore enables us to meet a client's expectations."

Arvy was asked to explain how his role in the company supported training and development goals.

"My role is to give insights to our training team and make sure that we conduct training needs analysis and identify what are the things that we need as a team and we feed that to our leadership trainers," Matematico said. "As a result, that's why we come up with training initiatives that will benefit our leaders. Our first priority is to make sure we train our leaders. Right now, one of the initiatives that we have in Peak is the leadership training for our team leaders and managers. This is to make sure they're equipped with their leadership and coaching skills. We will have more leadership sessions in the future, and more learning sessions, to make sure we improve the leadership of our people and conduct courses based on the needs that we will identify."

Matematico added his final thoughts on the company's current Training Development Initiative.

"One of the measures of success that we have for the leadership training is that we're able to grow more leaders and it opens up a lot of opportunities for our homegrown talents, because as we open up the higher roles to the leadership roles, then it opens up more roles for them to get promoted," he said. "So that opens up a lot of opportunities for people at the same time. Part of our training development initiative is conducting learning sessions that are aimed to improve skills for our leaders, trainers and quality analysts. Right now, we're trying to create a quality dashboard. So they're going to be equipped with data they need in terms of what behaviors need focused on."
