Troutman Pepper Partner Ben Wagner Selected for Fellows of the American Bar Foundation

Ben Wagner, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, is being inducted as a fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). ABF fellows include lawyers, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession and service to society. Less than 1% of lawyers admitted to practice in the United States are admitted to the global honorary society.

A seasoned intellectual property and complex commercial litigator, Wagner has handled hundreds of disputes for clients ranging from start-ups to established multi-nationals in a diverse range of industries, including apparel, consumer goods, life sciences, medical devices, real estate development and professional sports. 

Just last year, Wagner was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal with a Leaders in Law Award in the Intellectual Property Category for both his professional accomplishments and community involvement. In 2020, he earned a 40 Under 40 Award from The San Diego Daily Transcript for his distinguished legal career, including significant IP litigation wins.
