Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the firm's Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will lead the "IoT Litigation - Identifying and Mitigating Risk" session during PLI's Internet of Things 2022: Everything is Connected program on June 21, 2022 in San Francisco. Ballon's session address product liability, privacy, contractual and other liability issues that arise when IoT devices cause harm or operate in ways not intended.
