Sheldon has deep experience across the spectrum of employment litigation, with a focus on litigation covered by employment practices liability insurance. His move follows the addition of shareholder Noah Garber in San Francisco last week, along with a string of recent lateral hires throughout the firm’s U.S. offices. Sheldon joins Littler from Armijo & Garcia, house counsel for Chubb.

Sheldon has trial experience in both state and federal courts and also handles cases in front of administrative agencies including the California Labor Commissioner’s Office, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
