Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Stacey Lee to the San Francisco office as counsel in the Litigation Department.
Lee is a seasoned commercial litigator who represents businesses in a wide variety of disputes, with significant experience in product liability and toxic tort defense.
Drawing on more than two decades in legal practice, Lee also protects clients' interests in construction litigation, labor and employment matters and contract disputes in state and federal court, as well as mediation and arbitration.
She earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and B.A. from the University of California Berkeley.
Before Fox, Lee was a civil defense and toxic tort litigation attorney at two other national litigation firms.
