McNiven speak on a panel titled “Maintaining an Effective Compliance Culture in the New Normal of Remote and Hybrid Work.” The panel discuss the new ways in which companies and financial institutions are training teams in virtual settings, as well as how they maintain compliance teams in virtual settings. The presentation offer different perspectives on how remote work has affected employee compliance awareness, as well as discuss the risks of compliance teams that cross country borders.
