Morgan Lewis partners Adam Teitcher and Drew Frederick have been recognized by The Recorder among its Lawyers on the Fast Track, spotlighting the next generation of legal leaders under 40, as part of its 2023 California Legal Awards.
Adam represents clients in complex commercial cases and government enforcement actions in federal and state courts across the country. With a focus on the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare industries, Adam’s practice spans a broad range of civil and commercial matters, including mass torts, product liability, consumer protection, unfair business practices, fraud, and public nuisance, as well as retail, financial services, and technology.
Drew represents employers in a broad range of employment-related litigation, with a particular focus on wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions; background check–related class actions; and single-plaintiff and multiplaintiff litigation. Drew defends employers in state and federal courts and in arbitration, and has helped secure victories for employers against challenges to their compensation policies, wage and hour practices, termination decisions, and employee and independent contractor classifications.
As part of this California-based annual legal awards that set out to honor the achievements of lawyers and companies that are leading technology, innovation, and the legal profession, the firm is a finalist for the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Initiative Award, and partner Brent Hawkins and associate Kandis Gibson are finalists for the Mentorship Award.
Adam, Drew, and other honorees will be recognized at a November 2 awards ceremony in San Francisco, where winners of the categories with finalists will also be announced.
