Holland & Knight Grows West Coast Litigation Practice with Addition of Anne Redcross Beehler

Anne Redcross Beehler has joined Holland & Knight as a litigation partner in its Newport Beach office. She was previously a partner with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.

Ms. Beehler represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of matters. Her civil experience includes partnership disputes, corporate governance disputes, complex contract and fraud matters, theft of trade secret cases, claims under state and federal securities laws, and qui tam and whistleblower actions. Much of Ms. Beehler's litigation practice focuses on the real estate industry, representing lenders, landlords, tenants, developers, investors, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and individuals in a range of disputes concerning real property. Her criminal law practice includes handling state and federal matters from the investigation stage through trial.

"Anne's experience, skill set and ambition will contribute to the growth of Holland & Knight's litigation and real estate practices across the West Coast," said Matt Donohue, leader for Holland & Knight's West Coast Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Beehler previously clerked at the New York State Court of Appeals, New York's highest court.

Ms. Beehler received a J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law and a B.A. degree from Siena College.
