The Practising Law Institute's (PLI) Understanding the Intellectual Property License 2023 will take place November 27-28 in San Francisco. The conference will provide a comprehensive review of basic elements and practical considerations when engaging in licensing agreements for a variety of intellectual property formats. Greenberg Traurig Shareholder David S. Bloch will present the session, "Regulatory and Government Issues in IP Licensing," on November 28. The session will focus on the licensing of IP to and from the government, and the impact of government preferences on licensing.
