Shook Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice Group Co-Chair Amir Nassihi will moderate a panel, “Cutting Edge Management of Complex Cases,” at the Alameda County Bar Association Complex Litigation Symposium. Shook is a sponsor the event, which will be held on November 27 in Sacramento, California.
Nassihi’s session will cover the unique procedural and case management issues in Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings (JCCP) and other complex matters. Attendees will hear from a panel of California-based judges discussing a variety of litigation topics such as appointment of leadership counsel, coordination, discovery, class certification and trials.
