Janitorial services company Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is facing a class action lawsuit for allegedly violating California wage laws and other state labor rules.

The suit was filed in Sacramento County Superior Court by named plaintiff Ricardo Rosas on behalf of himself and all other allegedly similarly situated current and former employees.

The complaint alleges that Kellermeyer Bergensons failed to provide accurate itemized statements, pay minimum wages, overtime wages, sick pay wages, and reimburse employees for required expenses. It also accuses the company of failing to provide required meal and rest periods. The violations are said to have occurred between April 9, 2023, and July 25, 2023.

The plaintiff seeks compensation for losses allegedly incurred during this period due to the defendant's alleged unlawful practices.

Rosas' legal representation includes attorneys Norman B. Blumenthal, Kyle R. Nordrehaug, Aparajit Bhowmik, Nicholas J. De Blouw and Piya Mukherjee from the law firm Blumenthal Nordrehaug Bhowmik De Blouw, of La Jolla.
