Mihon Corp., a manufacturer of male performance enhancement products, has been hit with a class action lawsuit for allegedly misleading customers.

The suit claims that Mihon falsely advertised its product, EnduranceXtra, as an all-natural solution for erectile dysfunction (ED). However, the product allegedly contains Sildenafil, the same active ingredient found in Viagra.

Named plaintiff, Brian Keegan, alleges that Mihon deceived consumers by failing to disclose this information on the product's label and website. The lawsuit further accuses individual defendants Michael Lee and Travis Myers of personally managing and directing the allegedly fraudulent marketing and sale of EnduranceXtra.

The case was filed in San Francisco federal court by attorneys Lesley F. Portnoy, of Portnoy Law Firm, of Los Angeles, and Harold M. Hoffman, of Englewood, New Jersey. It argues that Mihon's actions put the health of consumers at risk, particularly those with medical conditions that prohibit them from consuming PDE5 inhibitors like Sildenafil.

The plaintiff is asking the court to order Mihon to pay unspecified damages, including punitive damages and attorney fees, on behalf of additional plaintiffs across the U.S.
