Turgay Durak sues Stephen Mazlow for negligence and loss of consortium

In the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of San Francisco, plaintiffs Turgay Durak, Neefat Durak, and Selma Durak have filed a lawsuit against defendants Stephen Mazlow, Zachary Flores, and 25 unidentified individuals (DOES 1 through 25). The case, bearing ID CGC-24-613957 and dated April 15, 2024, alleges negligence and loss of consortium on the part of the defendants.

The plaintiffs are represented by David D. Kim from Law Offices of David D. Kim. The suit details an incident that occurred on April 27, 2022 in Daly City, California involving a motor vehicle collision that resulted in severe personal injuries to Turgay Durak and Neefat Durak and loss of consortium damages sustained by Selma Durak.

The complaint further specifies that at the time of the incident, Turgay Durak was operating a white 2020 Hyundai Ionic while Stephen Mazlo was driving a blue 2011 Mini Cooper and Zachary Flores was in a silver 2008 Toyota Prius. It alleges that Mazlo and Flores negligently struck the plaintiff's vehicle causing multiple injuries.

The plaintiffs are seeking damages for their injuries and losses as well as a jury trial for their case.
