Mid-Century Insurance Company sues Viking Group Inc. for negligence leading to property damage

In a lawsuit filed on April 16, 2024, at the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara (case ID: 24CV435599), Mid-Century Insurance Company is suing Viking Group Inc., The Viking Corporation, and other unidentified defendants (DOES 1 through 30). The plaintiff alleges that the defendants' negligence led to property damage and seeks equitable subrogation.

Mid-Century Insurance Company seeks judgment against Viking Group Inc., The Viking Corporation and DOES 1 through 30 for their alleged negligence leading to property damage. As per the terms of their insurance policy with Solaire Owners Association, they have been subrogated to any rights against third parties involved in causing covered losses or damages.
