Maria Medina has filed a lawsuit against 7110 Camino Arroyo Gilroy 95020 LLC and ten unnamed defendants (DOES 1 through 10) in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. The case, numbered 24CV437843, was filed on May 2, 2024. Douglas L. Gordon from the Law Offices of Miles, Sears & Eanni represents the plaintiff.

The lawsuit alleges that the defendants are responsible for a premises liability incident that occurred on December 28, 2023. According to the complaint, Medina tripped and fell over a metal sign post or sign post sleeve in the parking lot of the premises owned by the defendants.

The plaintiff asserts that her fall was due to negligent placement of the sign post, uneven surface, poor visibility, and inadequate conspicuity in the parking lot and sidewalk areas. As a result of this incident, Medina suffered injuries.

Medina is seeking damages for her injuries. She alleges that each defendant named in her complaint is liable for her damages due to their negligence or wrongful conduct which directly caused her injuries.
