Man sues Safeway for negligence from a slip and fall incident

In the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, Mason Nall has filed a lawsuit against Albertsons Safeway LLC and DOES 1-30, with the case ID 24CV437783 on May 1, 2024. The plaintiff alleges negligence on part of the defendants leading to personal injury.

The force of this fall resulted in serious physical injuries to Mr. Nall including medical expenses, special damages, loss of wages and prospective special damages. The plaintiff asserts that the defendants were negligent in their failure to clean up the liquid substance on the floor or notify customers of potential danger.

Nall is seeking general damages according to proof, medical and related expenses according to proof, interest according to law, costs of this action and any other relief as deemed just and proper by the court.
