In the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, plaintiff Luong Van Ngo has filed a lawsuit against defendants Megan Mallamace and Nathan Mallamace, along with 50 unnamed individuals (DOES 1-50). The case, numbered 24CV438708 and dated May 9, 2024, alleges negligence leading to personal injury and strict liability under Civil Code Section 3342.

The complaint details that on August 19, 2023, Mr. Ngo was attacked by two male black lab mixes owned and controlled by the defendants while walking in his neighborhood in Gilroy. The dogs reportedly lunged at him causing him to fall and then bit his face multiple times. Representing Mr. Ngo are attorneys Stephane R. Perez from Perez Trial Lawyers and Norman Feirstein from Feirstein Law Firm.

Mr. Ngo suffered serious injuries as a result of the unprovoked attack which he claims were due to the negligence of the defendants in controlling their dogs. He is seeking damages for his injuries and is demanding a jury trial.
