4 Greenberg Traurig IP Attorneys Recognized in 2024 Who’s Who Legal Thought Leaders: Global Elite

Bloch is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s San Francisco office. A prolific writer and frequent public speaker with more than 100 invited lectures and 50 published articles, Bloch also is the co-author of IP and Technology in Government Contracts, now in its seventh edition.

Bornstein is senior vice president, co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig's New York office, co-chair of the firm's Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, and co-chair of the firm's Global Patent Litigation Group. Bornstein has deep patent trial experience and has served as lead counsel in more than 250 patent litigations. He has broad experience in patent, trademark and copyright litigation, licensing, and general IP counseling for a wide variety of national and international clients. Bornstein also has wide-ranging experience working with clients to develop comprehensive prosecution and enforcement strategies which support their business objectives.

Heller is co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Orange County office, co-chair of the firm's Global Trademark & Brand Management Group, and senior advisor to the firm’s Women’s Initiative. Thompson works to help increase the visibility and value of their names and images, through trademark, copyright, and domain name registration, and Internet monitoring and enforcement. Additionally, she works with interior design groups for hotels and casino resorts on third-party vendor agreements, purchase orders, and strategies to control intellectual property rights.
