Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Aleshia Poole White to the San Francisco office as counsel in the Labor & Employment Department.
Poole White advises businesses on a full range of labor and employment matters. She represents employers in workplace litigation at trial and on appeal before federal and state courts. She also handles cases before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, California Civil Rights Department and the California Department of Industrial Relations.
Poole White regularly handles matters involving wage and hour disputes, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, harassment and discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and whistleblowers.
A former Deputy Attorney General for the Office of California Attorney General, Poole White provides workplace training and policy advice to help clients comply with California's strict labor and employment laws. Poole White is also experienced in conducting independent workplace investigations.
She earned her Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University, her J.D. from University of California Davis School of Law and her B.A. from San Diego State University.
Prior to joining Fox, Poole White was Senior Counsel at Berliner Cohen.
