A San Francisco resident has filed a lawsuit against her dentist for alleged medical malpractice and battery following botched dental procedures that left her in pain and emotional distress. Filed by attorney Burke Hansen on September 23rd, the suit accuses Dr. Kirk Pasquinelli of performing non-consensual surgery without informed consent.
