  California Attorney General Bonta , as part of a coalition of 22 attorneys general, filed a brief with an en banc panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in support of the U.S. government’s defense of a federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), which prohibits felons from possessing firearms.
