LOS ANGELES — Attorney Edward Joseph Callow, who practiced law in Seattle and was licensed in California, was disbarred Jan. 6 following his conviction on several felony charges involving theft of his client’s insurance settlement and money laundering.

Huntington Beach attorney Michael Vance Wright was disbarred on Jan. 6, 2017, by the State Bar Court of California. The decision stems from two charges of misconduct against the attorney, 42, involving her alleged failure to communicate with a client about funds received on their behalf in a settlement.
