  Pasadena attorney suspended for accepting $45,500 in advanced fees

  The State Bar Court of California recently suspended Art Hoomiratana, a Pasadena attorney, from the practice of law for accepting advanced fees in two loan modification matters and failing to file a lawsuit for a client.
