SAN FRANCISCO – An interactive media firm is suing a digital advertising network over allegations it did not pay for advertising inventory provided for it.
Bearing Media Inc. filed a complaint on March 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against DSNR Media Group LTD and Does 1-10, citing alleged fraud and unjust enrichment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided mobile video ads to the defendant and that it gas suffered damages to its business as a result of unpaid invoices. The plaintiff holds DSNR Media Group LTD and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the total amount owed to plaintiff without providing any explanation. The suit states the invoices total $600,726.94.
The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for all damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just and proper. It is represented by John Du Wors of Newman Du Wors LLP in Seattle.
